Energy Performance Certificates

Energy Performance certificates are a national standardised approach to inform buyers of the relative energy efficiency of the property they are considering buying.

By law, the EPC must be ordered before the property can be marketed.

In order to obtain an EPC the property will need to be assessed by a certified Domestic Energy Assessor and Move to the Future will be happy to arrange this on your behalf.

Once the EPC is available Move to the Future will publish it as part of the property details. Prospective buyers can then view it online or as part of the printed property details.
