While we understand that some events cannot be planned or avoided, please be aware that we have a 24-hour cancellation period. Failure to cancel or reschedule within the 24 hours prior to your appointment will result in the loss of your £50 booking fee. If appointments are cancelled the day of the treatment you will lose the package treatment (if it is part of a pre-paid package) or you will be charged 50% of the cost of the treatment that was booked (or the £50 booking fee, whichever is greater).   The £50 booking fee is to secure your appointment and is redeemable towards the costs of treatment(s) performed within 3 months of appointment.  If you decide not to proceed with treatments your £50 booking fee is not refundable.

If you are running late, please call our bookings team and let us know. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to see you, and therefore need to reschedule your appointment.
