We are excited to announce that the leading aesthetic clinic in East Anglia, Cosmex Clinic, has now launched a completely new way of doing consultations! We can now carry out initial consultations online from any device with a camera! Easily bookable online, we can discuss your concerns and recommend the best aesthetic treatment options for you prior to you attending the clinic!
The Covid-19 situation has made us rethink how our patients access our incredible team of aesthetic nurses and practitioners, and this new service is the result. We are aiming to be more flexible, save you time and give you the answers to your questions in a quick, safe, and convenient way. There are two types of video consultations that we have launched, these are:
5-minute mini consultations – these are aimed at our patients who want to discuss a particular concern they have or their suitability for a particular treatment
30-minute full consultations – this consultation is a full consultation, as you would expect if you attended the clinic, we can really delve into your skin health and fully explore what aesthetic treatment options are available to you.
You can book either of these video consultations online through our booking system at the top right-hand corner of the screen or by visiting this page.
Prior to your video consultation, you will be required to submit your medical health information, this is all done securely online and means we can offer you the best possible advice during the aesthetic consultation. You will then receive a link which you can click to access our virtual waiting room, at the appointment time one of our aesthetic nurses or practitioners will let you into their virtual consultation room which is completely private and secure. We recommend you are in a well-lit room for the consultation so we can properly see you!
If you are running more than 15 minutes late we may have to rearrange your appointment if we have other patients waiting in the virtual waiting room, however, we will always endeavor to be as flexible as we can during this challenging period.
Following your video consultation, we will send over a personalised treatment plan or an invite to a face to face consultation if we feel further discussion is required prior to treatment. From there we can go ahead and book you straight in for your treatment! (When the clinic returns inline with government advice)
Once we are back in the clinic and offering treatments we will also be launching video review appointments, this will be for those patients that don’t have any concerns post-treatment. We, of course, would love to see as many of you as possible face to face but given the current pandemic, we are more than happy to see you via this new service.
