Following government guidelines and after a thorough review of our procedures at Cosmex Clinic, we are delighted to announce we will be reopening on Saturday, July 4th, 2020.
We’re currently rearranging all those appointments that were canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic and will then be working through our waiting list. If you would like to book an appointment you can do so via email or telephone. Once we’re back in the clinic online booking will be available again.
We are all looking forward to lighter lock-down measures and a time when we can resume services for you our patients. However, we cannot return to business as usual. I must take extra care to protect both you and the team from contracting the virus and ensure safe treatments in a safe environment.
It seems sensible to begin preparing and planning for reopening once the government gives that permission and that’s what I have been doing over the last few weeks. In fact, I have been a co-author with other senior expert aesthetic nurses writing and researching for the BACN (British Association for Cosmetic Nurses) Anti-COVID guidelines for UK clinics.
I respectively ask you to adhere to these guidelines and to answer truthfully on the covid disclosure form.
Prior to an appointment you will be offered a video consultation appointment and before your treatment appointment you will be emailed a covid disclosure and consent form. These need to be completed, signed and returned back to the clinic before we can proceed with treatment. Going forward this will be the new normal.
Patients who had their appointments cancelled due to lockdown will have priority appointments. We also have a separate priority list for those who have enquired about an appointment during lockdown, we will be contacting all on these lists in the next few days to secure your appointment. Please bear with us as we are implementing this remotely.
We can’t wait to see you again and sincerely hope you are staying safe and well.
See you in the not to distance future.
