Hydromedi – hydrofacial treatments use a combination of the suction, turbulence and specially formulated clinical solutions to reach down into the skin and unblock pores, remove blackheads, bacteria, spots and pustules and generally carry pollutants away from the skin. Thus making it perfect for those suffering from acne or congested skin. This stage is then followed by a further stage to hydrate and nourish the skin, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. There is no down time and all skin types can be treated.

UK manufactured clinical grade solutions

All solutions used in the Hydromedi -hydrofacial are manufactured in the UK and are of clinical quality. Every batch is quality checked for conformity to specification. The main active ingredients are:

Stage 1 – uses 10% lactic acid which acts as a cleanser, mild exfoliator and is anti-bacterial. It will also start to soften the skin around for instance blackheads.

Stage 2 – uses 3% salicylic acid which is particularly effective at dissolving the congested sebum that leads to blackheads and acne pustules. The congestion within the blackhead, white head or pustule is then gently extracted through a combination of the vacuum applied to the skin and the turbulence of the solution. Finally the anti-bacterial action of the salicylic acid reaches down into the blackhead, whitehead or pustule to mop up any remaining bacteria.

Stage 3- then uses 10% vitamin C a powerful antioxidant to protect the skin and synthetic urea to hydrate it.
